82NoLive (“we,” “us”) runs 82nolive.com. We keep this simple: we only collect what you choose to give us, we use it to run this community, and we don’t sell it. Ever.
What We Collect
- Testimony submissions — your name, email, city/state (optional), your story, and whether you gave permission to share it publicly. Testimonies only appear on the wall after review, and only if you checked the sharing box.
- Contact & booking forms — your name, email, and whatever you write to us.
- Merch pre-orders — your name, email, phone, and shipping or pickup details. Payment is arranged directly with us after you order; we never see or store card numbers.
- Launch list & email signups — your email address, managed through MailerLite. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Comments — name, email, and comment text on posts, plus technical data used for spam filtering (Akismet).
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via MonsterInsights) and Jetpack stats to understand what content helps people — things like pages visited, general location, and device type. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally to us.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site embed content from YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Those platforms may set their own cookies and collect data as if you visited them directly — their privacy policies apply to their embeds.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to you, fulfill orders, publish testimonies you’ve approved for sharing, send emails you signed up for, and keep the site secure and spam-free. That’s it. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
How Long We Keep It
Form submissions and comments stay in our system so we can follow up and keep a record of published content. Email list data stays until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
Want to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted — including a published testimony you’ve changed your mind about? Reach out through the contact page and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
